Erin Noel Alouf, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of D’Cate Aesthetics & Medicine, serving the Roanoke and Cave Spring communities. With 20+ years of experience in cosmetic medicine, she is known for her precision, artistic expertise, and personalized approach to helping patients look and feel confidently refreshed.
Erin began her aesthetics career in 2004 and spent 18 years as Vice President and aesthetic provider at a cosmetic surgery practice before launching D’Cate. She specializes in advanced injectables, laser technologies, regenerative treatments, facial balancing, and medically supervised weight-management — continually elevating her craft through ongoing training and innovation.

Jordyn Hylton, FNP-BC
Jordyn Hylton is a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant at D’Cate Aesthetics & Medicine, where she brings a blend of clinical expertise, professionalism, and genuine care to every patient interaction. With a strong background in patient care and a passion for aesthetics, Jordyn supports providers during treatments, assists with procedures, and helps ensure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their visit.
At D’Cate, Jordyn is known for her attention to detail, calm presence, and dedication to creating a welcoming environment. She takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness while helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. Amberly Taylor is not only a vital part of the D’Cate Aesthetics family—she’s literally family! As Erin’s sister, she brings a lifelong passion for beauty and over two decades of experience as a hairstylist. Together, they make a dynamic duo at the heart of D’Cate. As a devoted single mom of two boys, Amberly knows the art of balancing family and career. Now, she’s excited to bring her warmth and expertise to our med-spa, helping clients feel welcomed and beautiful—because after all, she’s the “A” in D’Cate!

Born on the Fourth of July, Cecilia brings an independent spirit and a warm, welcoming presence to the clinic. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for aesthetics, she helps every patient feel comfortable and supported from check-in to treatment.
As D’Cate’s Social Media Coordinator, she captures content, creates posts, and shares behind-the-scenes moments that highlight the heart of the practice.
Known for her upbeat energy and ability to put patients at ease, Cecilia is proud to be part of a growing, female-led team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, exploring beauty trends, and expressing her creative side. As the youngest team member, she brings a fresh perspective — and plenty of heart — to D’Cate.
