TRT Membership — $149 per Month

Ongoing Monitoring

A follow-up visit at six weeks, then laboratory monitoring every three to four months. Routine monitoring is essential for safe and effective therapy and may include:

Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Total testosterone
Free testosterone, when indicated
Estradiol, when indicated
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), when appropriate
Additional testing based on your medical history and treatment response

Laboratory testing is billed separately and may be submitted to your insurance when eligible.

Do I have to go to a pharmacy?
No. Testosterone is dispensed in our office as part of your membership, along with syringes and injection supplies.

Do I inject myself?
Most patients self-administer at home after instruction. We will show you exactly how.

How long before I notice a difference?
Most men notice changes over several weeks, with continued improvement over the first few months as dosing is adjusted. Individual results vary.

How is my dose determined?
Your dose is based on your laboratory results, symptoms and response to treatment, and is adjusted over time. Higher-dose therapy requires additional monitoring and may affect your membership rate, which we will discuss with you directly.
