Hot flashes and night sweats. Sleep that no longer restores you. Mood changes you cannot explain. Brain fog, low libido, vaginal dryness, and a body that responds differently to the same diet and exercise that used to work.
Perimenopause and menopause are not conditions to be endured quietly. Hormone levels can be measured, and when they fall outside the range where you function well, that is treatable.
Hormone replacement therapy is a medical treatment—not a cosmetic one. It requires a thorough medical evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Ongoing Monitoring
A follow-up visit at six weeks, then laboratory monitoring every three to four months.
Routine monitoring may include CBC, CMP, estradiol, progesterone, total testosterone, free testosterone, DHEA-S, FSH/LH and thyroid testing, as indicated by your symptoms and treatment response. Laboratory testing is billed separately and may be submitted to insurance when eligible.
Our Commitment
Women’s hormone therapy is individualized to each patient’s symptoms, medical history and laboratory findings. Our goal is to improve energy, sleep, mood, libido, cognitive function, body composition and overall quality of life, while maintaining the highest standards of safety through ongoing monitoring.
Hormone therapy is a medical treatment requiring regular follow-up visits and laboratory monitoring. Individual results vary, and it is not appropriate for every patient.

Who This Is Not For
Hormone replacement therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Certain conditions may prevent treatment or require additional evaluation, including:
- Certain hormone-sensitive cancers
- History of blood clots or clotting disorders
- Significant heart, liver, or cardiovascular disease
- History of stroke or recent heart attack
- Unexplained abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Pregnancy
- Certain prostate conditions or prostate cancer
- Elevated hematocrit
We review your full medical history at your initial evaluation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need lab work before starting?
Yes. We do not prescribe hormone therapy on symptoms alone. Blood work establishes your baseline and tells us whether hormone therapy is appropriate at all.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most people notice changes over several weeks. Full effect and correct dosing usually take a few months of adjustment. Individual results vary.
What does it cost to start?
$199 for the initial consultation and $108 for the hormone panel, then $129 per month for membership. Medications are billed separately. Labs may be covered by insurance when medically appropriate.
Is the membership covered by insurance?
The membership is not billed to insurance. Laboratory testing may be, when medically appropriate under qualifying diagnosis codes.
Do I have to stay on it permanently?
No. Hormone therapy is a decision you can revisit at any point, and we will discuss what stopping would mean for you.
Do you use bioidentical hormones?
Yes. We use both compounded and FDA-approved medications depending on what is clinically appropriate for you.
